What you’ll do:
  • Develop and implement content strategies for social media presence, community channels and developing a program of content creators (external partners) in the international market for Rush Royale
  • Manage a team of content and SMM managers and external content creator specialists
  • Develop a content plan for the brand's communication channels: social media, web, and in-app
  • Generate ideas for new publications, create content in text-graphic and video formats, including writing, translating, formatting and editing materials
  • Collect statistics, analyze the effectiveness of content and feedback, analyze competitors, look for new ways to increase reach and engagement, generate regular reports
  • Track new social media tools, community trends and best practices for effective implementation
  • Engage with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners
What you need to succeed:
  • 5 years of experience in community management and/or SMM
  • Experience in managing teams of 3 or more people under direct supervision
  • Ability to write creative and literate texts
  • Experience in creating and/or producing video content, including scripting and storyboarding
  • Knowledge of user motivation and engagement systems
  • Fluency with the following platforms: Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and news websites
  • Experience in project management, building processes, work algorithms and prioritization
  • Creative thinking, communication skills, stress resistance, flexibility, multitasking, responsibility, punctuality, independence
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the gaming industry, especially in mobile gaming (strategy or collectible card games)
  • Deep level of immersion in Western culture, specifically: the US, Germany, France and the UK
  • Experience working with content creators, streamers, video makers and/or brand ambassadors
  • Experience developing lore, building storylines and interweaving them together
