What you’ll do:
  • Attract new players to our game projects through social media — promoting games across platforms, briefing the creative team for assets, and collaborating with influencers
  • Build and nurture communities by moderating, monitoring, and actively engaging in conversations across Discord, forums, and social media
  • Share game updates, changes, and announcements with the community through relevant channels
  • Plan and run community events and contests to boost engagement and retention
  • Act as a bridge between players and the game team — ensuring a smooth flow of feedback and information in both directions
  • Gather, filter, and summarize community feedback, translating complex player requests into clear insights
  • Work closely with the development team to align community needs with game updates and decisions
  • Track key community health and communication metrics and regularly report them to stakeholders
What you need to succeed
  • 2+ years of experience in community management within the video game industry
  • Deep understanding of all major social platforms and familiarity with content creation tools
  • A genuine passion for games and gaming communities
  • Strong communication skills — able to interact with players across cultures, technical levels, and languages
  • Excellent copywriting and one-to-many communication abilities
  • Experience planning content around product deadlines and launch schedules
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic goals
  • Willingness to work in EET time zone and align with the Cyprus business calendar
Nice to have:
  • Proficiency in additional languages (spoken and written)
  • Experience in multicultural, multilingual teams
  • Familiarity with online task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
  • Strong grasp of the gaming industry and online communities
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience in content production or appearing on camera
