What you'll do:
- Plan and re-plan feature development for our mobile game
- Monitor and oversee development across all production stages
- Lead and organize team workflows, including people management
- Drive process improvements and evolve the way we work
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mobile game or app development within small teams
- Excellent communication skills — you know how to listen, align, and get to "yes"
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Tempo
