What you’ll do:
  • Own the full 3D asset production cycle — from blockout to final in-engine asset
    (environment props, weapons, characters — all based on concept art)
  • Model, unwrap, texture, create LODs, and set up assets in Unity to ensure performance and visual quality
  • Build levels and scenes using terrain tools, place props, and handle lighting setup and baking
What you need to succeed:
  • Solid experience modeling and hand-painting stylized assets and characters based on concept art (Blender or Maya + Substance Painter workflow)
  • Level design experience: layout, composition, storytelling through environment
  • Experience with lighting setup and baking in Unity (lightmaps, light probes), plus shader work
  • Able to work independently and deliver on time within defined production pipelines
