What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile (iOS/Android), desktop (Steam), and console (PS/XBOX) games
- Plan and manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaign efficiency based on key performance metrics
- Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across channels including Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), and others
- Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, funnels, and offers
- Analyze campaign data, build reports, work with BI tools, extract insights, and improve performance
- Set up and verify accurate tracking and attribution through MMPs
- Brief the creative team, test hypotheses, and evaluate the performance of ad creatives
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry benchmarks, and apply findings in UA activities
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams; share expertise and help grow the UA function
- Explore and test new traffic sources, acquisition approaches, and marketing channels
- Participate in the launch of new projects — from soft launch to global release
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile, desktop, or console games
- Strong understanding of paid traffic channels (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, etc.) and campaign optimization principles
- Solid experience with campaign performance analysis, cohort metrics, and BI tools
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to draw data-driven conclusions and proactively optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams
- Experience working with creative teams: setting tasks, analyzing results, and scaling successful concepts
- Curiosity and passion for testing new traffic sources, formats, and strategies
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Nice to have:
- Technical background or experience working closely with dev/analytics teams (e.g., event schemas, APIs, tracking setups)
