What you’ll do:
- Identify growth opportunities in Rush Royale
- Segment users and optimize live ops for each segment
- Manage sales, season passes, and other monetization activities
- Prepare and run A/B tests
- Work with data and analytics tools to drive decisions
- Build offers and monetization events directly in Unity
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience operating F2P projects
- Solid understanding of monetization systems in F2P games
- Knowledge of product analytics and key game metrics
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to turn fragmented data into clear insights
- Sharp attention to detail and skill in spotting patterns in large data sets
- Strong motivation to grow in mobile game development
