What you’ll do:

Develop and Maintain Analytics Products

  • Design, build, and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, fast, and reliable, updating them as business needs or data sources evolve

Create and Manage Data Pipelines

  • Build, automate, and optimize data pipelines that integrate multiple sources into analytics platforms
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end data flow — from raw input to dashboards — with high data quality and integrity

Drive Ad-Hoc Analytics and Research

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities
  • Apply statistical or machine learning methods when appropriate to generate insights and guide decision-making

Collaborate and Communicate Across Teams

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions
  • Provide analytics support to both internal teams and external clients using our marketing services
What you need to succeed:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using Python in production environments, ideally within large, complex codebases
  • Solid understanding of core statistical concepts — basic distributions, their properties, and statistical tests
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset — you're comfortable working across teams and driving solutions
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
