What you'll do:
  • Set up and manage user acquisition processes, including traffic buying, ASO, and more
  • Organize creative production and marketing tests
  • Run setting and hypothesis tests for studio products
  • Provide marketing recommendations to improve product performance
  • Handle marketing planning and budgeting based on project goals and resources
  • Prepare marketing reviews for new projects considered by MGVC for investment
  • Manage marketing activities and performance campaigns for MGVC investment and publishing projects
  • Oversee UA across multiple channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, DSP, ASO, etc.)
  • Analyze channel and creative performance, optimizing campaigns to reach KPIs
  • Build communication and workflows with partner studios
  • Take part in initiatives aimed at attracting new studios to the MGVC ecosystem
  • Monitor and analyze the mobile games market, monetization models, and marketing approaches
What you need to succeed:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in user acquisition
  • Proven background in an agency (broad outlook, flexibility, strong grasp of various monetization models and project types)
  • Experience with multiple traffic channels and understanding of their specifics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external studios and partners
  • Deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape and business models
  • Experience working with international projects
