What you’ll do:
 

  • Support leaders as a trusted partner, advisor, and when needed — a mirror to help reflect and challenge their thinking
  • Level up our HR processes — from hiring and onboarding to performance management and compensation
  • Grow talent by helping us find strong people, build development programs, and create recognition practices
  • Be there for employees during challenging moments, offering clear guidance and helping them find the right path forward
  • Shape our culture by driving engagement, well-being, and a supportive, collaborative atmosphere across studios and teams
  • Navigate change by supporting leaders and teams during transformations, helping to minimize risks and maintain clarity
  • Partner with the business to identify growth opportunities and align people initiatives with company strategy
  • Improve internal communication by leading meetings, aligning teams, and making sure everyone’s on the same page

What you need to succeed:
 

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, international tech or gaming company
  • A strong track record of working closely with leaders at all levels
  • Deep knowledge of C&B, performance management, talent development, and retention strategies
  • Experience supporting organizational change and acting as a mediator when needed
  • Flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments, especially with distributed teams
