What you’ll do:
  • Own the monthly financial reporting cycle for Cyprus entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Record and review accounting entries, including revenue recognition, operating expenses, financial instruments, accruals, and provisions, in full compliance with IFRS
  • Review and approve payment requests, contracts, and financial agreements in line with internal policies
  • Handle intercompany reconciliations and ensure group balances and movements are fully aligned
  • Upload and validate financial data in the group financial planning and reporting system (F&P)
  • Support external audits: prepare documentation and respond to auditor requests
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and VIES declarations in accordance with Cyprus regulations; collaborate with external tax advisors when needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely statistical reporting to the Central Bank of Cyprus
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • ACCA, ACA, or CPA (completed or in progress)
  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS
  • Familiarity with Cyprus tax regulations (VAT, VIES) is a plus
  • Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent English communication skills
