We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, War Robots: Frontiers – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

Come join a universe of professional opportunities: develop and support large scale projects from PC/console/mobile, and create products across various genres – from casuals to shooters.

What you'll do:
  • Analyze core product and business metrics for the game, dig into what's driving the changes, and connect product updates to shifts in player behavior
  • Drive product research — spot growth opportunities and pain points, then build and test data-backed hypotheses
  • Plan and analyze A/B tests, apply quasi-experimental methods to measure the impact of product changes, and turn results into decisions
  • Dive into game economy, monetization, retention, and engagement to understand what makes players tick
  • Turn analysis into clear conclusions and recommendations, then present and defend them to the product team
  • Use AI tools and analytical agents to speed up research, automate routine work, and get more out of the data
What you need to succeed:
  • Solid grasp of the mobile gaming market and core product metrics: retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, conversion, and more
  • Ability to independently frame and test hypotheses, run research, and turn findings into product recommendations
  • Understanding of game design principles, game economy, monetization, and LiveOps
  • Strong foundation in math statistics and probability theory, with a solid handle on designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Experience with analytical warehouses and databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Advanced SQL — comfortable writing complex analytical queries and working independently with large datasets
  • Confident Python skills for data analysis, automation, and solving analytical problems
  • Experience using modern AI tools in analytics: LLMs, AI assistants and agents for data analysis, writing and reviewing SQL/Python code, automating routine tasks, and accelerating research
Nice to have:
  • Experience building your own AI-assisted analytical workflows, agents, or automations
