Support Specialist (German)

What you’ll do:
  • Handle player requests and inquiries in English and German
  • Monitor the status and stability of live game services
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve service-related issues
What you need to succeed:
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Upper-intermediate German (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a high level of responsibility
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid gaming background in MMOGs and mobile games
  • Good overall computer literacy
