What you’ll do:
- Communicate with opinion leaders and players on platforms where we’re present; answer questions and provide help
- Work with moderators, volunteers, and opinion leaders in the community
- Develop and implement systems of rules and bans
- Develop a content plan taking into account the specifics of each channel
- Create text content independently; create visual content together with the art department
- Publish content on social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube
- Collect feedback, process it, and present to colleagues from the product team
- Participate in the development of programs for working with content creators
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum one year community management experience is a must
- Experience with mobile games
- Experience with social networks: Instagram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Experience with opinion leaders and with outsourcing (moderators, volunteers)
- Skills working with text, and the ability to create content according to a given TOV
- Task setting skills and the ability to monitor their implementation
- Self-management, and a proactive approach to work
Nice to have:
- Experience with Midcore projects
