Senior Product Owner

What you'll do:
  • Audit the current state of the product, data, and processes, and compile proposals for improvement
  • Own and manage the Marketing Stat backlog
  • Drive product metrics growth by launching new features
  • Build the product strategy and own the roadmap
  • Ensure data and metrics quality together with the team
  • Improve the analytics UI/UX: information architecture, cognitive load reduction, insight speed, consistency, etc.
  • Contribute to the B2B direction: define ICP, run pilots, gather feedback, and propose product positioning and growth initiatives
What you need to succeed:
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, projects, or products
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in AdTech, BI, or MMP systems, with expertise in backlog management, hypothesis testing, and product metrics
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility for complex analytical interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills: leading without formal authority, aligning teams around a shared goal, negotiating, and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to uncover the meaning behind data and user feedback, and critically evaluate inputs
  • Solid technical literacy: basic knowledge of ETL, BI systems, and data analysis methods
  • Experience in building B2B products and working directly with clients
  • Creative drive with a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new products
