Customer Support Agent (with knowledge of the Spanish language)

What you’ll do:
  • Process user inquiries
  • Compile regular reports on received inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date FAQ articles
  • Interact with the outsourcing team (consultations)
  • Collaborate with the product team
  • Identify patterns in user inquiries
What you need to succeed:
  • Proficiency in written Spanish at an appropriate level (not lower than B2)
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows to provide high-quality support to users
  • Attentive, able to learn quickly, punctual, and diligent
  • Demonstrate the ability to express thoughts clearly and coherently
  • Extensive gaming experience
