What you'll do:
- Shape the community communication strategy alongside the Community Lead — defining success criteria and reporting on results regularly
- Support volunteer groups (moderators, trusted contributors) and influencers in the War Robots Creator Program — answering game-related questions and helping them resolve issues
- Moderate comments across War Robots' official channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
- Collaborate with the team on content plans for game updates and special community projects
- Write and prepare copy for news posts and community announcements
- Support and moderate in-game and community events
- Stay in close contact with internal teams across game design, art, tech support, PR, video production, and analytics
- Run surveys and player research
- Pitch ideas for new community projects — exploring growth opportunities and testing fresh approaches
What you need to succeed:
- English at Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher
- 1+ year of experience in community management, online media, PR, marketing, support, or a gaming-adjacent role — prior experience as a community volunteer or moderator is a big plus
- You play games and genuinely understand gaming communities
- Comfortable with basic analytics and success metrics for gaming communities
- You keep up with social media trends and internet culture
Nice to have:
- A second foreign language
- Skills in graphic or video editing tools
- Experience with task management tools (Jira or similar)
- A portfolio of relevant projects or work cases
- A personal blog or English-language social media presence
- Experience building partnerships with content creators of any kind
