What you’ll do:
  • Handle incoming user requests: resolve simple issues directly, gather details on complex ones, and escalate them to the second-line team with clear tagging
  • Monitor game servers and web services — report incidents or anomalies to senior staff or system administrators in real time
  • Perform periodic in-game monitoring to help prevent rule violations: detect bots, spammers, and other suspicious behavior (these duties will later be fully transferred to the in-game violations team)
  • Check the functionality of game services and respond to rule violation reports from users or senior staff
  • Investigate suspected violators with limited evidence (usually botting cases) — second-line support provides lists based on internal investigations
  • Assist with additional tasks from the second-line team and provide completion reports
What you need to succeed:
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn
  • Able to communicate clearly — both in writing and in person
  • Strong gaming background, especially in MMOGs and mobile games
  • Solid computer literacy and confidence with basic tech tasks
