What you’ll do:
  • Analyze advertising trends and competitor creatives
  • Develop and pitch ideas for ad materials (videos, static creatives, and playable ads)
  • Write briefs and storyboards for production
  • Manage production – collaborate with illustrators, motion designers, and playable ad developers
  • Track ad performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize creative approaches
  • Work closely with analysts, the UA team, and the product team to test hypotheses and identify new growth opportunities
  • Experiment with new formats (UGC, live action videos, cinematics, AI-generated creatives)
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience with advertising creatives – idea generation, scriptwriting, storytelling skills, and an understanding of which concepts work and why they do
  • Video production experience – knowledge of video structure, animation principles, editing, and working with graphics
  • Team coordination skills – ability to clearly set tasks, perform quality control, and provide structured feedback
  • Marketing expertise – an understanding of audience motivation, advertising platforms, and key metrics (CTR, IPM, CPM)
  • A genuine interest in games; not just market awareness, but a deep understanding of what engages players
  • A strong analytical mindset; the ability to develop hypotheses, justify decisions, analyze data, and apply insights
  • Proactiveness and technological adaptability – a willingness to test new approaches, optimize processes, and implement innovations
Nice to have:
  • Experience creating content independently
  • Game design skills
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with graphic and video editing tools
