What you’ll do:
  • Create stylized 2D and 3D assets for an early-stage game prototype
  • Help shape the visual style of the project
  • Generate references and asset variations using AI tools, followed by manual polish
  • Plan your own tasks and estimate timelines
  • Work closely with the game designer and developers in a small prototyping team
What you need to succeed:
  • Genuine interest in games and 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Hunyan 3D
  • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and color
  • Ability to draw both by hand and using AI-assisted pipelines
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to estimate task scope
  • Independence, ownership attitude, and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with Unity
  • Art education
  • Experience with hyper-casual mobile projects
