What you’ll do:
  • Define, describe, and ship new game features from concept to release
  • Collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and UI/UX designers
  • Lead and mentor a team of game designers
  • Track key product metrics and drive continuous improvement
What you need to succeed:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Game Designer
  • A strong desire to work on an Rush Royale–like project
  • Hands-on experience with Unity
  • Deep gaming literacy across both classic titles and modern mobile games (experience with Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Random Dice, and Hearthstone is a plus)
  • Responsibility, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
