Program/Project Manager

MY.GAMES is a leading European developer and publisher, driven by a singular goal: making great games that capture the hearts of players worldwide. Our community unites 1+ billion registered players.

We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, War Robots: Frontiers – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

Come join a universe of professional opportunities: develop and support large scale projects from PC/console/mobile, and create products across various genres – from casuals to shooters.

What you'll do:
  • Own the company-wide AI initiative map — track use cases, statuses, owners, and impact across every team
  • Scout new AI opportunities — analyze workflows, spot automation potential, and put together proposals for new projects
  • Coordinate incoming requests — clarify needs, connect people with the right experts, and drive requests through to results. Turn raw asks into clear analysis that actually supports decision-making
  • Maintain the AI governance backbone — tool review guidelines, usage rules, registries, and approvals with InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and other functions
  • Keep adoption programs running — workshops, mentoring, a case study showcase, learning materials, and regular updates
  • Drive internal AI communications — news, policy changes, available tools, success stories, and clear entry points for teams
  • Engage with external vendors and industry peers — gather best practices, constraints, capabilities, and useful signals for our AI roadmap
  • Deliver regular updates for the team and stakeholders — what's moving, what's blocked, and what decisions are needed
What you need to succeed:
  • Program/project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • A knack for bringing order to chaos — structuring information, setting priorities, and pushing processes to a measurable result
  • Strong communication skills — clear writing and speaking, the ability to align different teams, ask the right questions, and never lose context
  • Experience with cross-functional processes: InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, HR/L&D, product, and technical teams
  • A habit of digging into business processes to find the real problem — what we're solving, why it matters, and what impact we expect
  • High ownership and autonomy — you show up with solutions, not just problems
  • Solid AI literacy — you understand how modern AI tools apply to real workflows, along with their limits and risks
  • Comfort working with metrics, statuses, and reporting — showing progress and impact, not just activity
  • A pragmatic mindset — you build processes that help teams actually adopt AI, not process for its own sake
Nice to have:
  • Experience in AI/digital transformation or change management
  • Track record launching training programs, hands-on workshops, or communities
  • Background in a product or technical environment
  • Understanding of LLM tools, AI automation, RAG, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms
