What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement strategies for launching advertising channels for mobile/Web/PC projects
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (%CR, LTV, CPA, RET, ROAS, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, targeting strategies, search for new hypotheses.
- Integrate new advertising sources
- Communicate with managers of ad platforms, data analytics systems, discuss tests and develop relationships
- Set goals for analytics and creative development
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years experience with performance UA on mobile projects
- Experience with analytics and attribution systems (partner integration/data analysis): Appsflyer/Adjust/Google Analytics/Firebase, and so on.
- Understanding of the logic of predictive metrics, ability to interpret them and make decisions based on them
- Experience working with various traffic sources: Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, Apple Search Ads, etc.
- Ability to propose and test hypotheses on purchasing, make A/B tests, present results
- Initiative, sociability, analytical/technical mindset
- A love for games, desire to develop in UA on the product side
Nice to have:
- Experience working with different platforms: PC/Web/Canvas
- Experience with retargeting, DSP partners, motivated traffic
