What you’ll do:
  • Develop and prepare competency profiles for different positions and areas of the company
  • Describe behavioral indicators for each competency
  • Develop competency corresponding to different stages of employees' career development
  • Create professional competency development plans for employees within their career paths
  • Form career tracks, taking into account individual employee characteristics and business needs
  • Create and implement tools to automate competency assessment on the company's platform
  • Communicate technical specifications (TORs) to developers to automate assessment and feedback processes
  • Train business employees on the methodology of competency assessments and implementation of best practices
  • Prepare materials and recommendations for HR partners for successful implementation of evaluation programs
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of competency assessment
  • Strong knowledge of competency assessment methodology, experience in independent development of assessment materials
  • Excellent Excel knowledge, ability to analyze and visualize data (including working with large amounts of data, reporting)
  • Experience developing and implementing competency profiles, behavioral indicators and levels of competency
  • Skills in creating professional development plans and career tracks for employees
  • Experience working with HR process automation platforms and creating ToRs for developers
  • Ability to work with business requirements, collect, structure information and communicate it to employees and HR partners
  • Mathematical mindset, ability to work with data and build analytical models
